Before scheduling a Natural Church Development consultation for your church, your pastor should become familiar with NCD by reading the recommended resources. Once your church has committed to the NCD process, the options below are ways we can help.

Option 1: Empowering The Church Basic Coaching

On-site Orientation/Church Implementation Team training for pastor/leadership team
The NCD Survey, consisting of 1 pastor's survey and 30 member surveys
The church receives a report identifying their minimum factor
Monthly coaching calls with tracking through CoachNet sessions to guide you in interpreting your scores and developing an Action Plan for addressing your minimum factor
One copy of Natural Church Development
One copy of The Implementation Guide to Natural Church Development
One copy of The ABC's of Natural Church Development

Fees: Basic Coaching

Coaching/training $300
CoachNet fee $75
NCD Survey and processing/scoring $175
Natural Church Development $20
